Still trying to catch up on my Barnegat Bay posts. These images were taken back on March 29, 2013.

I saw a couple Willets stopping by at the jetty along with hundreds of Purple Sandpipers and Dunlins. The Purple Sandpipers and Dunlins are residents all year round but hundreds more came by for a visit at this particular location. A nice treat was watching them fly in unison.
